Adte, Inc. (together with The Media Sense Digital Technologies Ltd, "Adte", "We" or "Us") operates a connected TV and video advertising platform. As described in our Privacy Policy, We collect device and advertising identifiers — your IP address and the advertising ID assigned by your device, whether that is a connected TV or streaming device (Roku RIDA, Amazon Fire TV Advertising ID, Samsung TIFA, LG LGUDID, Vizio VIDA, Apple tvOS IDFA, Android TV GAID) or a phone (IDFA, GAID) — together with ad information and approximate (not precise) location, and We enable our partners to infer interests and serve personalised ads on that basis. Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other US state privacy laws, that activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Adte participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) and is registered on the Global Vendor List as vendor ID 1530 (The Media Sense Digital Technologies Ltd dba Adte).
